Instructions For Use:

1) Extend the headband by gently pulling the chambers away from the connecting piece a few notches.

2) Set the ear buds against the outside of the ear canal. Wiggle the chanmbers back and forth to sea the ear bud against your outer ear canal.

3) Adjust the headband so that it rests against the top of the head. Do not tighten so much that the chambers pull your ears upward.

Ready for Use:

Once the buds are sealed properly, you should notice background sounds get noticeably softer. That indicates that you have a good seal. If background sounds are not reduced, repeat step 2.
