(a) All SensGard products sold are subject to the following limited warranty. SensGard warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, the product will be free from defects of materials and workmanship. This warranty will be deemed null and void if the Product has been altered in any way from the condition in which it was purchased, or has been subjected to abnormal or abusive use.

(b) THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSD OR IMPLIED EXCEPT AS HERINABOVE STATED. SENSGARD DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Warranty Remedies:

Damages for breach of this warranty are limited to the replacement of such quantities of SensGard products proven to have manufacturing defects.
